On Jan.29th I ordered a harness from The New York Dog Shop. I received the harness & it did not fit. They said, "no problem" just return for a large. I did so asap. I NEVER received anything for over a month! I was then told it was not available (although it is to this day shown as available in large on their page! False advertising and never notified me. Owner would not acknowledge the problem & would not return my money even though I was told they had the large. Awful customer service. DO not order from them. It is over a month and I have no money and no harness!

Ordered a product that was never shipped. I called after weeks and was told it was back ordered. You would think they could email me to let me know. I'm cancelling my order

Purchased an item over a month ago which they charged my credit card right away but never mentioned that the item was on back ordered and has no idea when it will be in - So you have and kept my money on a product that you have no idea when it will come in - Successful companies would never run your credit card until your item was shipped to your house - Even a dog knows that
