Called to verify they had the item I wanted. They assured me that they had it in stock. I drove to the location after work. I asked the sales associate there where it was. They searched low and high and they couldn't find it . Big surprise. Next time, go put your hands on an item before you assure someone that you have what they are looking for. Now I get to go first thing in the morning to another location, who put their hands on it to make sure they had it. Very poor service.

Tried returning an item that was gifted to me and and they didn't even tell me that it would just go right back to the person who bought it. They then told me they couldn't reverse it. I will never shop here again or any Harbor Freight
