I love this place. Worked here for 3 years and enjoyed every minute of it. When it come to shopping here I get my money's worth. They always have great deals and the products are great. The associates provide excellent customer service and good recommendations. I would definitely recommend this lowes.

Not very good. I bought a simple lamp switch (turn a knob type for 1 bulb) and the end cap would not snap on to the body. Every lamp switch you ever saw or handled had a little cap that snaps on to the body and then you use a small screw to secure the housing to the electrical cord that passes through he switch body. MADE IN CHINA explains why the cap and body will not fit snugly or snap together. It's cheap junk Lowe's sells because people responsible for making sure the product are workable are focused on 'cashflow' and not providing workable simple devices. I will go somewhere else to buy a simple lamp switch and first give a senior electrical area associate at Lowe's a chance to show me how he can get the cap on a switch like I need. I'm fair but out of patience. So I will likely get a refund and complain to a real manager in detail. they need to hear it.

Not a bad big box store. Employees are helpful. It's not their fault they're in the wrong Dept of speciality. They do go out if their way to help.

the staff was extremely helpful, I even recieved half off my purchase as the employee wanted to clean up ripped bags. However the cashier seemed a bit upset as she had to get up off her bottom to ring me up. Other then that I prefer Loew's over home depot employees anyday.
