Dined here for a lunch with a friend and husband while we were visiting from Florida. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately greeted, escorted to a table, and our server showed up very quickly. The service was pleasant and not rushed at all. The food was good at a decent price. The reason why I'm giving a 4 is because 2 of our burgers were brought to us in the wrong temperature. Our server was nice enough to offer us fresh ones but we couldn't stay long to wait for the corrected dish. But the next time I visit Atlanta again, I would come here again.

This location has a small company store that is easily accessible from the restaurant.  It also has a stage area that may be open if there is live music.  The food was great, as was our waitress Tay.  I am a rewards member, but somehow my points were not credited. When I noticed, I called and a manager made sure that they got added.  Pros: location, attentive staff, good food, lots of food options for picky eaters, company store, good music.  Cons: Food is pricey, can be crowded with a wait on the weekends

Good food and decent service for a busy night. I had ordered a virgin mojito with a novelty glass, but was charged full price for an alcoholic beverage. Since I had waited awhile for my check, I went ahead and left my card out before seeing the bill. The server came back with my card already being charged for the drink, and since it was late and I was tired, I didn’t want to wait around for her to come back again. The food and atmosphere is great but this extra detail in the service could go a long way.

We were stranded in Atlanta over the power outage. We went to hard rock café our waiter was actually named BB. The gentleman was a great waiter, and we would definitely go back there because of his great service. BB explained to us about the Marta train. We were able to get a flight out five hours earlier. The whole staff at Hard Rock Cafe was so friendly, especially the hostess with the cheery attitude. The atmosphere and the food was awesome.

My son and I dined at Hard Rock Cafe for the first time today. We're from Houston and I've always wanted to dine here. Today was the day and it was an experience worth while. Not only did they entertain but every server was nice and attentive. Our server was Tay and she was sweet,polite, and awesome with her service. When I visit Hard Rock Cafe again it will be to this location specifically. My son had a great time and for a mom like me that puts a smile on my face. Thank you Hard Rock Cafe Atlanta. You guys are a great team. Keep up the good work!
