My waiter Charles was great. He handled his tables well and managed his time between the busy evening, I even overheard how politely he handled the dissatisfied customers behind us. Our desserts were divine! Atmosphere was pleasant, decor beautiful, everything looked very clean. Great for a romantic evening or a special occasion. 
The iced coffee I ordered was a too much ice, too little coffee. That was my only problem either the entire evening.  I will definitely be back soon!

Great food once you get it. 
The usual routine here is walk in, wait ~5 minutes for hostess to come to hostess stand. Be seated. Wait ~10 minutes for your server. Hope they actually take your order the first time, otherwise it will be ~10 minutes before you even see them again. Then it’s a lottery as to whether the food comes out before your drinks. This is a 50/50 chance I’ve found.
Service is, hands down, the worst in Atlanta— and it doesn’t even matter which location. 
It must come down to management, because terrible service is chain-wide. 
You can’t rely too much on a good idea— eventually you’ll need to work on becoming a decent restaurant.

Service is routinely poor but food is very good.
I had to go find silverware since our food was already delivered.  I finished dinner before they checked on us.  Water came after the meal.  We sat 10 minutes after asking for the check.  But they have great coffee.

The Turkish gentleman who brought us "real" Turkish coffee was very pleasant. His humble and sweet demeanour makes us want to come back. The food is not bad either, but the deserts and coffee are what make the menu. 
In addition, we study here sometimes and the staff does not mind too much, they have a lot of tables.

Service was horrendous The entrees were disappointing with over salted under sized portions. The atmosphere was cramped and and uncomfortable. Worst service i have ever had at a restaurant that was supposed to be good.
