Food was ok, but for a place marketed for fast food? I intentionally stopped short with no one behind me for about 5 minutes trying to decide what to order. Then I pulled to the speaker and I was greeted with a "be with you in a moment!" There was no one else in line, or inside! Why did I have to wait?

Marginally better than McDonalds. Food was wrong when it came out, but friendly in getting it fixed. Burger tasted pretty much like McD's or BK. Was fairly cheap.

Literally worst experience I’ve ever had at a Hardee’s or Carl’s Jr. ..first of all I went in to the lobby to eat , ordered my food .. and proceeded to wait and watch as 9 cars went thru the drive thru as I waited .. I quickly realized that the only concern they had was the drive thru timer as the lobby doesn’t have one . Mind u there was no cars in the drive thru when I placed my order .. I get my order and the gravy looked like it wasn’t stirred properly and had chunks of flour all in it .. the hash browns tasted like burnt fryer oil .. and my sandwich wasn’t even what I ordered , I approached the counter to tell the rude 80s hair woman behind it that it was incorrect she snatched my sandwich and told me they’d remake it .. after waiting at my table for 15 minutes I finally decided to go see what exactly was going on .. the employees literally all of them were standing in the back leaned on walls trading stories .. finally the rude woman said oh you didn’t get your sandwiches I guess ..LOL ..it’s also worth noting that the manager was walking around doing absolutely nothing but texting on her phone .. pathetic .. nothing about this was fast food or even edible .. I wouldn’t take a homeless person here to eat it would be adding insult to injury

No ketchup. Mayo overkill on burger. Fries were over cooked. Staff having a baby shower with food from KFC, if that tells ya anything. Service was slow.
