I actually just went there at 1030pm, they close at 11pm on a Saturday night. I understand they were greying things done to get ready to close (store was empty at the moment). The male manager and the female that was working the front were awesome and probably made the best subs I've ever had. While I waited, I was able to talk to the female worker about the military and she was easy and friendly to talk to. Best Penn Station hands down by far. Thank you

Awesome staff despite the green shirt regional manager mistreating them. I didn't realize it was necessary or proper to berate your employees in front of customers for a simple mistake. 

Food is always awesome.

Sub was really good and the chocolate chip cookie was delicious. My only complaint is that they do not wear gloves when preparing the food. At the very least they should wash their hands. If they step up their sanitary measures I'd easily rate them 4 stars.

This is by far the worst Penn Station I have ever been to. Food was terrible the fries were disgusting, you could tell they had been sitting for a long time. The staff was very rude. After i watched a male employee change all of the trash cans he proceeded to go make food without washing his hands or wearing gloves when people came in. I will not be returning
