Fast? Yes. Good? Barely. Decent subs but nowhere near the quality of Penn Station or Subby' s. Better than Subway though.

This location sucks. Ordered online didn't have any of the stuff I asked to add on my sandwich. I guess I should have just called but then why have the order online option if it is faulty? I usually don't even write reviews or call to complain but I was starving and ready for my sandwich customized the way I wanted and I didn't get that. If you are going to be fast that's fine I  use to love that about you guys but at least make our sandwich as we asked!

This place is always freaky fast. I don't think I've ever waited more than 2 minutes. Always nice and fresh as well.

I work very close by and I had a sandwich today that has 1 slice of turkey on it. Called the store which I truly hate doing because I don't like to complain but when I got a turkey sandwich I expected turkey to be on it. The manger was extremely rude and told me she personally made it and that I was wrong and they measure by weight. This is not the first time someone at my workplace has had an issue with Jimmy Johns and their meat portions. After paying $12 for my lunch I expected to be somewhat satisfied with it. I have also ordered this exact item MANY times in the past and never had this problem before. I will not be ordering from them and will not be back at a Jimmy Johns after speaking with their management.
