Bought a watch from this jeweler a few years ago and needed to replace the band. I called several times and got the run around from John!! Told me it was back ordered. Total BS!!! Never returned phone calls and never ordered the watch band!!  Terrible service 
Take my bussiness elsewhere!! If I where you I would too!!! Dismissed me like my business wasn't important. Bad bussiness!!

Been buying jewelry from this place for over 40 years I deal with my good old friend John Harris jewelry treated me like family they are very nice and they have high quality jewelry and they stand by there jewelry 100 percent if anything goes wrong with it at all they also have great prices Highly recommend this place to anyone

Called three timea during business hours on a non holiday. Website said they were open. Each time my phone rang for about two minutes with no answer. On my last attempt it rang for a while until someone answered and immediately hung up. Now every time I call, the call won't go through as if the person who answered hung up on me and left the phone off the hook so I couldn't call again. Also the one time I came in the person who looked at my watch was very rude to the point one of the other employees came up to me and apologized for him saying that's how he normally acts. Other than that everyone else was very nice and helpful.

They were wonderful! I went to have some links removed from my fiancees watch and ended up buying my necklace for the wedding from them. Great personal service!!!
