Had an amazing experience at Sidney Thomas at Christiana. I was a little nervous buying my first Rolex but Amad was an absolute gem. He talked me through every detail of buying and owning a high end watch my first. He didn’t try to sugarcoat anything or just make a sale. He was patient and accommodating. He gave fantastic insight and information that lead me to be very pleased and happy with my purchase. I now own a beautiful piece of jewelry I plan to hand down to my son someday and will stay in the family for generations. Sidney Thomas is highly recommended.

I purchased a watch from this store first time and had a great experience this week.  I walked in to see what they had in stock a week ago and as expected none of the watches that I am interested in purchasing was in stock. Their SA came up to me and asked what I was looking for and I told her two of many. She was kind enough to put me on their wait list. Four days later, I received a call+txt, saying one of the two a Tudor was there for me to look at and off I went a next day.Their friendly sales manage, Hilda, took care of me real good.  I felt very fortunate being able to purchase one of those "hard to find" watches this quickly. Thank you very much for such luck and great shopping experience!  Please stay safe and find me a Batman or Polar next!!  UPDATE in June 2021 - they got me another hard-to-find watch! One of the watches mentioned above.  I feel very fortunate and special that they gave me a chance to consider purchasing it as I am not a “super-customer” at this store.  My special thanks to SA, Jeanine. The watch has been on my wrist every day since the purchase. It feels and looks nice!

Excellent experience here! It has been a month since I purchased my Rolex from here and I could not be happier with my purchase. My dad actually recommended Sidney Thomas Jewelers to me, having purchased   several items from here himself. I figured that since I was in the market for a nice watch, that I come by and pay the store a visit. Needless to say, it could not have went better! Zarin was very helpful and friendly during the whole process, answered any questions that I had, and ultimately helped me buy my first Rolex! Big thanks to Rene, Zarin and the whole staff for making this experience pleasant! I will definitely be back in the future.

I can recommend Sidney Thomas Jewelers for your next timepiece. I purchased a Tudor from them and ran into a slight issue with quality control. Sidney Thomas handled the entire situation brilliantly and offered an exchange. Between the manager Rene, Hilda, and Zarin the sales associate who initially helped me, everything was taken care of.  Truly a professional staff that treats the customer right. Honestly, I did not expect the exchange to go so smoothly.  It is not how a store treats you before you buy something but rather the way a store treats a customer after a sale is a true test of their customer service. Sidney Thomas showed their true commitment to customer service by making things right. They are an example as to why it can be worth it to buy from an authorized dealer.

What more can I say about Sidney Thomas Jewelry, other than they are simply awesome to work with! I was looking to purchase a difficult to find watch for my husband for Christmas, and I contacted Michael Doubet to help with my search. Michael was very professional, and genuinely wanted to help me with my search. He provided reasonable expectations as to how long it could take to obtain the piece, and kept me informed as I occasionally called and requested updates. As with my last watch purchase from Michael, he was excited to make the call to let me know he received the watch. The staff was inviting and welcoming when I went to pick up the watch. Every experience I've had dealing with Michael and Sydney Thomas Jewelry has been nothing short of fantastic. Please stop by and speak to Michael and the wonderful staff. I purchased a time piece at Sydney Thomas, and my experience was absolutely glowingly positive. I personally worked with Hilda who was FANTASTIC! The customer service was out of this world. Not only are they incredibly pleasant to work with, but they are super knowledgeable. I normally don’t leave reviews but they truly exceeded all expectations. I plan on using this Sydney Thomas as my first stop for future jewelry purchases.

I have been a long time customer of Sidney Thomas and would not consider shopping at any other jeweler. Their staff are accommodating and attentive starting with a greeting when you enter the store. My most recent purchase actually a gift bought there by my husband for me with the guarantee that if he did not choose to my liking I could exchange the purchase with no questions asked. I did just that. Anything I need concerning a purchase to a cleaning of my jewelry they are there to handle my needs.

Great experience! Had the pleasure of working with Hilda over the phone on hard to find Rolex Airking. After a pleasant conversation with Hilda she took my name and number and said she would contact when/if the watch came in to view.  Wow, after only a few short days my phone rang and there was Hilda to tell me it was in the store and ready for me to view. The entire purchase from the first phone call to walking out with my new timepiece was nothing but excellent service from the entire staff at Sydney Thomas..  I will most defiantly be returning for my next purchase..

This was by far the best high end watch buying experience I've ever had. The staff here is extremely friendly especially my sales women Zarin. She was super informative and offered great advice that led me to my purchase. What made her so special is there was no pressure to purchase anything. She was willing to work with me until I was ready to purchase.
