My experience was great. And my husbands was as well. He had been looking all over Santa Rosa mall for my ring. See I lost my ring about 6 months prior after having it for 12 years. He had my look at rings to find me a new one but my final choice was the ring I had lost. It was beautiful and my favorite. Anyway, he stumbled upon Harris by accident and when he went in there they had only a few marquise cut rings and when he saw my exact ring I wanted he was very excited and told them he had to have it. (This ring is hard to find because its out of style now). He surprised me with it and I of course cried, I had no idea he was looking for a new ring yet let alone the exact one I had lost. He told me about how great the staff was, how they all wanted to hear the story of us, how we lost it, how long we had been married and so on. The great deal the Harris jewelers has on the price, their insurance program, how they cater to military, how much they do for the life of your ring. I've since been back twice because I had to get my ring sized (twice, apparently my finger shrunk!) Each time they have treated my kids so amazing, they've treated me so amazing And each time they actually remember us! Its been a great experience and my ring is absolutely beautiful. Oh and the jeweler that does the sizing that Harris Jewelers goes through, hats off to him too. I had special requests and he did such a great job! Thank you guys. I'll be recommending you and already have to everyone I know!

Hey. Just a marine here putting in my 2 cents on this shop. These guys give ya good offers and the staff is incredible. If you are a service member and would like to finance jewelry for whatever reason they will help you out. Semper fi

People just coming from boot camp, don't buy here. They'll reel you in and take a lot of money from you saying they're helping you and they support the military. If they really did, they wouldn't be doing this.

Constantly screwing boots.  You can find many of their items on Amazon, eBay, etc.  Many items are marked up price x 10.

NEW AIRMEN FROM RTC!!! DO NOT BUYN FROM HERE!!!!! This place will get you into so much financial problems that you do not need!! If they truly supported military they wouldnt reel you in and try to steal your money. Their watches are made by a Japanese company who sells the internal part of the watches for $45 on their website. Harris just puts a case on it and stamps their name on it and sell it for $1000. I SAY AGAIN DO NOT BUY FROM HERE AT ALL!!!!!
