The customer service is hideous. I was in there looking for a bed pillow and wondering about the price. The sales associate in the bedding area never acknowledged my presence even after stepping away from the pillows. I wandered around the mattresses for a minute giving her the chance to say something but she didn't and she tried to ignore me. Customer service 101 dictates that every customer's dollar is equal. Because of her ignorance they lost my sale. Goodbye Sears.

I purchased a tool box online on December 15th for pick up at the store. I waited til the 21st before attempting to call since I had not received any notification that it was ready for pick up as instructed. I could not get a hold of anyone in merchandise pick up or customer service. I then called the tool dept & was told it might not be there & wait for an email. During that time the purchase had cleared my bank acct. It is now December 27th & I’m still unable to get a hold of a person to speak to about my order & no email from Sears. Really disappointed since this was a Christmas gift.

Great service in the Appliance Section. Jeff was happy to show us features and set up installation service. Only issue preventing a 5 star was limited cook tops in white with a lot of features. Everything was stainless steel.

Very frustrating. The sales associate tried very hard to help us make a purchase. Sears policies and store manager did everything to kill the sale. The associate bent over backwards to help us. On top of that the air conditioning was out on the weekend. Manager waited to have it fixed on Monday. It was 90 degrees upstairs on Sunday. I know why you are loosing market share and closing stores. You make it obvious you don't want stay in business. Sears was a good business but you have just about have put a stake in it's heart.

Great tools, nice selection of clothing. Always feel like I robbed the place because I have so many shop your way points. Extreme couponers, this place is for you!
