Live in Maryland, got a parking ticket on street cleaning day in Harrisburg.  1 Portal does not have the ticket - checked on day 2nd to 4th: can't pay.  2 Call to the listed number, on day 2, to pay but no ticket found in the system: person on the phone can't accept my payment ; and  3 Penalty apply if not pay within 96 hours.  What is this?!!!

Portal is not reliable. It would not allow me to pay for a parking ticket during the 96 hours time period due to 'record could not be found'. Called left a message with City about the issue. Did not receive a callback. Check the portal today and the ticket is active with the $20 penalty included. SMH.

They should make more payment options available. Don’t understand how you can’t pay by phone or online due to record not being found.

They never answer phone, we pay for them to have a phone when we may have to call them, costs alot of tax dollars for phones there not using as they should.. there's no excise to not answer phone.. seems they just don't want to
