I was assigned a tax advocate 3 months ago and can't even get a hold of her. Left several messages. Ware are you ms.cunningham. return my call with in 4 weeks lol going on 2 and half months.
been calling for 5 months an cant get a hold of anyone. and when i walked in the lady shut the door and said call the number on the door we dont do walk ins and its been 2 months and i still cant get ahold of anyone. classy
We should not have to wait on money that’s owed to us no one never answers the phone
I call for four straight days Monday to Thursday for 4 hours nobody doesn't pick up the phone nobody's not doing their job they're all getting paid doing nothing. That's why everything is backed up now they get paid doing nothing let me have that job
Never get ahold of them to fix my issue always high call volume they dont wanna help and if you owe them money they will call but when they owe you its high call volume there full of it
How am I supposed to be able to get any information if I cant get in touch with a PERSON?! My stimulus check was sent out in April, bank rejected it because they dont do 2nd party on their cards, never received a cbeck or any i formatio . A prerecorded message doesnt give answers. The phone number was of no help, at all. I couldn't get an actual person to talk to. I need help getting my w2 and these people are not the ones to ask. I'll be telling my friends and family to not call if they need help too.
Making this review after MONTHS of calling almost daily. Ironic how unavailable they become when they are the ones who owe me money…. Now if it were the other way around…
I've been trying to make an appointment for weeks now, and each time I call it says that the call volume is high and they are unable to process my request. How am I supposed to make an appointment if the phone line keeps rejecting my calls?
The IRS never answers the phone. What is up with America!?????? The IRS can't help with taxes? This is ridiculous. I am ashamed to be an American today.
