Found the place but they were not helpful at all. Actually the website answered our questions and fixed our problem. Don't go office site talk to the online people. Better attitude and gets the job done.
I will be arriving this Wednesday 6/8/22 morning at 9am to claim my Mega Millions Jackpot Prize.
Seems like a hard place to find if you just want to get your winnings not really sure why the lottery office will be all the way out there but I was only there to recover friends car broke down there I got the impression that the lottery office made sure that you had to go out of your way to collect your winnings just saying.
PA lottery headquarters claimed my fiancé won big on a scratch off, 6 weeks ago after the Pittsburgh Office said her claim was too big, she was told she would get something in the mail, no luck on that. They still have her birth certificate and nobody we call knows anything. We were being patient due to COVID, but this is ridiculous.

Won money, they say 4-6weeks for it. It's been 7 already and they are possibly saying over 2 weeks yet before I get check. Absolutely ridiculous, should charge interest on the money I won. And God forbid you owed them money, the'd have people knocking at your front door every day. It's not like they dont have the money, they just give you the run around for no reason
