I recently read a lot of harsh reviews of this place and I was pretty nervous to go to have a TB test administered. I actually had a great experience. Walked in, filled out papers, got called back within 5 minutes, and the injection didn't hurt at all. Overall, I'm pretty happy with how things went.

It doesn't matter if you make an appointment, you'll still be waiting for 2 hours or more. You explain to them how you made an appointment to avoid this and they don't care. They're supposed to open at 8 AM and they never do.

Called and this rude attitude ridden desk receptionist told me to come in at 3 30. It was at 2 pm. So i had to sit in my car for 1 30 hours. Went back in and was told to come back on friday.. what are they smoking over there? Worst customer service ever ran by a bunch of idiots. I'll never step foot in there again. They will be reported.

They were extremely rude and gave me hardly any privacy. They wouldnt answer my questions and kept treating me like i was just a number. I did not feel important to them. I am definitely not going back to this place. And i do not recommend it for anyone!! They need to open the Biloxi location back up. I am currently still in the waiting room. Been here for 2 hours. And was told me here at 1. I came 20 minutes early and still waiting.

ZERO STARS. if you can avoid using this facility by all means do! NEVER have I been to an establishment whose staff members carry themselves as if you are bothering them... don't bother to call and ask questions. you're better off driving to Hancock County, the staff there is much nicer and 1000× more helpful.
