I had to go apply for a new social security card, I had called in advance the week prior to ask about the documents I needed, they told me on the phone everything I needed. 
I gathered that up, then on Wed. May 24th 2017 I went right after they opened, I has several people in front of me, the wait wasn't that long to have so many in front of me (less than 20 mins). 
I was called back and had my new card ordered within 10 mins,  the lady who helped me couldn't have been nicer to me and more helpful, I asked several questions to which she answered quiet well. I usually do not leave reviews but I feel like when people do their jobs in such a fashion it needs to be told. Thank you for the service I received.

I really wish someone would answer the phone. I have one simple question before I drive all the way down there from Lucedale! Surely we can report them to someone?? I am on a mission to find out who!

I had a wonderful experience here. I saw a lot of the reviews and was not going to go. Went in and was in there about 15 minutes and received the service I needed. The phone number was wrong on here so i updated it. And what I've seen is that you have to be prepared.  Have everything you need to make it a smooth process. If you think you need it bring it.

Never get a straight answer from anyone, and whatever you do don't try to call them they never answer the phone.

This place is plain stupid gov't waist at it's best. The employees act as if you owe them something. They will not answer the phone. They are clearly there for a paycheck doing the bare minimum they can get away with!!!
