Trying to pay a bill on a rental property. I have all the info a normal company would need but not here. No! They want the last payment I made to them! I'm working from my home not my office, It's ridiculous!

Rhea and Vicky are the absolute worst customer service! These ladies need to be removed from this office immediately! Absolutely disgusting! Totally rude, down right hateful. They honestly have the nerve to get short & curt with YOU when you're asked to pay a different amount than the bill shows or they make a mistake and blame you the customer for their mistake!  Less than professional on every level! Shame on you both!

Megan is one of the least personable individuals that I have dealt with. She had previously made an error regarding our account and refused to accept my explanation or her responsibility. When I returned later with the receipt to prove my account of the transaction she still did not concede or even acknowledge me.  I would never want her as my employee. Luckily, the woman at the front desk is very nice and personable.

Staff is always friendly.  Disappointed that online payment fees were not waived during stay at home orders.  Also disappointed that while the city has " opened up" that city hall still has not opened.

Megan is rude.
