Great shopping experience, but Top Drawer Customer Service is a bit of a joke. I ordered a chair and ottoman last month. Came quickly, which was awesome, but when we unboxed the ottoman the metal frame that allows it to rock is bent so bad it does not sit flat and wobbles. I opened the service ticket and was asked to submit pictures of the damage and I did. The pictures clearly showed the problem. I was contacted to set up a time for the service technician to come out. I assumed this was to fix the problem. Wrong. Even though I submitted several pictures showing how bad the problem is the technician was only sent to confirm that there was a problem. I just wasted 2 hours in the middle of my work day waiting for someone to tell me what I already knew. Now I have to wait god knows how long to actually get the problem fixed. What is the point of submitting pictures if no one uses them. Why can't I just take to ottoman back to the store so it can be resolved there instead of me having to waste my vacation hours on a 1 minute service call.

Not my experience, but my aunt bought a 2,000 dollar mattress from there about 2 years ago, it is now rippling, she called, they came out, put a stupid block where the ripples are, took pictures and left. Now they say there's nothing wrong with it and are not going to replace it, I think if you spend that much money on a product at least it should stand up to the 10 year warranty it has on it. I would never buy anything from this place!

Wonderful service always, from walking into the store through purchase and delivery. Product quality is excellent. And yes, there is a cost for that quality ... Store displays are beautiful but also functional, allowing plenty of room to examine something before purchase. On-site manager is friendly, knowledgeable and supportive of staff's mission to sell best product at best price. Five stars are earned on many levels.

Love this place. No pressure and check out was a breeze. Bought my new Serta icomfort and new bed frame. Can't wait until it gets home.

Great furniture here. My wife and I got our bedroom set here, and while we paid a good penny for it we absolutely love the set. The furniture here is just really good quality. The only downside for me was how much they charged for delivery. It was a little more expensive than what you're used to seeing.
