To my surprise I found a sales lady in the ladies department to wait on me. Her name was laura and she was very helpful and pleasant. Very unusual these days.

First of all it seems like everyone in this store either doesn't want to work or hate their job so much that they don't care to provide any sort of decent customer service. I attempted to find a register to check out but it seemed no one was ringing up customers not. Of the 10 or so cosmetic girls not working I chose to ask the two gossiping about their mutual friend but since I stopped their gossip session I got an eye roll and told they couldn't help then continued talking. Then I asked another associate putting clothes away if he could either help me check out or point me to a register. He then said there's one over there, pointed then walked away I checked "the one over there" but there was no one there but eventually found a check out line after walking around a bit more. When I went tp check out abd pay, the associate failed to listen after she asked and I told her I would be paying with credit. I called her out on the fact that I had to repeat myself as well as slide my card multiple times because she failed to listen. Finally, after the transaction went through she gave me a huge attitude slammed the receipt on the counter then rolled her eyes and called for the next customer.
