Had the whipper burger. Delicious stacks of meat, so much meat. My only complaint is that I wasn't hungry enough to eat more than one burger from Hawkins in one sitting. I also recommend ordering by phone or in person. When I used online ordering, the system didn't process my order until I arrived and spoke to them in person. It was a longer wait time overall, but worth it.
Oh, they also have lemonade there. If you're a fan, I'd recommend it.

Ice I've been to Hawkins twice now and I have never ever been disappointed! The first time I let a friend of mine took me there and I have to admit I was a little scared seeing the neighborhood. Considering I'm a small-town boy from North Carolina. I thought about getting the double burger but something told me no get the single, I'm so glad I got the single that is the size of most double burgers at most places. I took a friend of mine there from Florida and he said it was one of the best burgers ever put in his mouth. I rank Hawkins my number one Burger Spot in California followed by in and out that's saying something!  I would recommend anyone who thinks they're a burger aficionado to try Hawkins.

The food was hot, fresh, and cooked to prefection! The wait time was pretty fair. This place is packed with customers. But it was manageable. I think I went at a good time on a good day. 😁👍🏽

Best burgers in LA. Don't try to do a phone order though! Just come down...try not to get shot a enjoy what may be your last meal. It'll totally be worth it!

Oh My God!!!!!
Let me say this first! Hawkins is in the hood and there will not be a server with an apron on asking for your order and serving wine. The line is down the sidewalk because the food is amazing. The cashier yells to let the cooks know what she needs. Who cares? Stand in the line! Be prepared to wait! Be prepared to have your taste buds entertained and your stomach satisfied. The hamburger patties are huge and thick which is why it takes a while to cook. The bun is toasted with the edges of the bread crunchy. You get enough fries for two people and two people could actually share the burgers 🍔. The hot wings look exactly like the pictures on the wall. They are crispy and shiny. tasting more amazing than the last bite! You would want to try every item with each visit 😳💕⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
