The bed was great after an 11 hour drive. The rest of it I could take or leave. They were doing construction, but had us on the other side of the hotel. We booked a suite and specifically asked not to be put next to the elevators: our suite was next to the elevators. The bulb on one lamp was snapped off and the faucet in the shower was coming out of the wall - didn't seem to have an effect on the pressure. It was an overall decent stay.

Fantastic customer service/care. From the time I checked in through check out all of the individuals providing services had great a attitude and were extremely helpful. Natalie was so helpful with the breakfast, keeping everything so tidy. She was a blessing to start out the day with such a cheerful, helpful person who really cares about the people she serves. Thank you!!

Hotel was undergoing renovations on the outside, but still looked immaculate on the inside. I was visiting two guests, both in smoking rooms, and they were very clean. Both smelled clean and had ample room with furniture and space to move. I would consider this hotel if available in the next city I stay.

Very poor room service,and the room wasn't very clean, otherwise it was fine. Staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent

Horrible experience!!! The first room they put us in smelled like gas. I went to the front desk where they informed me, the room is by the laundry and dryers run on gas so you will smell that all night. I ask them to please move us. They put us in second room, upon entering the room we immediately noticed alive roaches everywhere. I went back to the front desk and ask if the hotel had a pest problem. The clerk then tells me, well that room has a known pest problem and offers me a can of bug spray. If all hotels in area weren’t full I would have left. They moved us to a third room, this room did not have bugs but I was told sorry the carpets are so dirty we are in the middle of renovation. They did comp our room and offered to give us an additional free night if we are ever in the area but I would not stay again in this particular location. I hate even giving this location one star, the floors in the lobby were so dirty your feet stuck to them, carpeted area in halls appeared to have never been vacuumed. I don’t believe they had a housekeeping department. They really need to close this location!
