My family of 5, and we had 2 rooms.  We arrived and rooms were not ready.  Russell did a great job of taken care of everything and made it worth staying here.  The staff is wonderful and pleasant.  We have stayed here twice and I just want to say we had a great stay.  Thank you Russ for all you did.

Accommodations were clean and acceptable. Beds were comfortable. Shower was strangely constructed and light switches were in weird places. No vent fan in the bathroom. Otherwise, perfectly adequate accommodations. Excellent for the price.

I did not stay overnight. I attended an industry conference at the Reed center. The facility was nice and sound and presentation equipment worked well. There is plenty of parking available. Lunch was served with the conference and was a pretty standard chicken. I'd attend another event at this facility.

If it weren’t for the excellent service from the staff, I’d reduce this to one star. The equipment here needs a lot of work: the mattresses are as hard as rocks, the sheets and pillows are uncomfortable, the food is average and expensive, the walls are thin, the doors always sound like you are slamming them when they are closed, and don’t get me started on the French doors to the bathroom.

None of this is the fault of the staff - who again, do a great job, but I expect better of the Sheraton brand.

Good clean Sheraton, I stay here once or twice a year. 
Update: I have had the fire alarm go off twice while staying here, both times weren't emergencies but issues in guest rooms. An individual told me it was the steam from the showers, not sure but after having it happen a second time they plussed me up some star points
