I had planned to bring my bracelet and watches to Hayman while visiting Tampa. Hurricane Irma prevented that from happening. So, I made sure that I brought my items when I returned this month. Mr. Thornton was very helpful (even letting me know that certain pieces attached to my bracelet were not gold).  Now I know who I can trust with my repairs.  I left my items with Hayman, returned home and a few days later, my bracelet and watch arrived in perfect condition. I am very pleased with the service that Hayman has provided to me.

Great customer service and quality. Found my new jewlery place!

I originally came in for sizing but their jeweler was completely honest and said that if I sized it now, I risk it being too tight in the summer. So I just had it cleaned, which the jeweler put a rush (pick up in 3 hrs) on it since I lived far away.  I appreciate the honesty and commitment to good service.

Hayman is the ONLY place I will take my watches for repair. I do not live in Tampa and there are dozens of places I could take my watches. Hayman has the best service and the prices are very reasonable. This is a business with integrity. I will be a lifelong customer. for sure.

Extremely sweet people were very helpful went overboard to help me find a new band for a very unique watch, it only takes a certain kind of band.   Also fixed my watch and had it done the next day love this place.

Had them replace a battery in my watch. Friendly, fast, and cheap. They finished so fast, I was not done looking at their interesting jewelry and watched, so i stuck around for an extra few minutes. Will be bringing all of my watches here from now on.
