I bought a Movado watch from Helzburg and 3 weeks later the battery died. I brought it in to the location nearest to my home which was the International mall in Tampa, FL. I advised the problem to the manager Tom and he told that there is nothing they can do but send the watch to Movado which will take over 9 weeks. He also said I would have to return it to the original location we're i bought it which was in West Palm Beach, FL (over 300 miles away). After calling customer service and going back and forth because policy printed on the back of the receipt, i can return or exchange the watch (within 30 days). I had to contact customer service and they had to contact the store and speak the assistant manager Tom and tell him to do an even exchange. The other manager Mitchell who is the store over Tom who told the agent in the store we spoke with at first that they cant do anything and to tell us to go to another store. I will never buy anything from Helzburg! The worst company ever. All this over a battery, and managers of the store that just didnt want to deal with it.

I hated it, I purchased a ring and my box got damage and I brought the receipt and asked if I can get another box, and one of the sales ladies was so rude to me told me no and if I need another box I should get a box from other store, I felt so bad and descriminated
