Live here if you don't value your life. Drugs coming in and out. People selling stolen goods out of their trunks at all hours. People knocking at your door asking if you have money to spare. Two weeks after moving out, someone was shot and killed when he opened his door, by someone who had the wrong address. I moved in when the buildings first went up, and I'm surprised I stayed for two years.

We have lived here for eight years it has been hell no heat in the halls in winter drugs welfare frauds are a dime a dozen here the place is filthy and maitince is a joke. The current company Cascade is a joke don't rent here until it cleans up its act

What the crap?!

My roommate and I were looking for a place in this area and stumbled onto Hazelwood Station on Craigslist. I followed the links, which eventually led to the Housing Connections website. It said there was no more than a two week wait for a two bedroom. 
So I decided to call. I left a message with my name and number and waited. No call. A week later my roommate called and had to leave a message. Again, no call. Both times we called during mid-morning or mid-afternoon (one would assume those to be normal business hours but and no point did the message tell us). 
Finally I called a third time and Gasp! A human!!! I asked her what they had available and she said........nothing. Everything was wait-listed. I knew the one bedrooms were wait-listed but given the multiple posts on Craigslist for 2 (or more) bedroom apartments I was a little confused. 
I have seen posts (by other companies) that are to let people know that a wait-list is open but the posts for Hazelwood clearly do not say that. 
AND on the side of the frickin building they have a sign that says "now renting"!
One would assume that they meant they had actual openings. But no. 

Posting ads all over saying you have openings when you don't seems very unprofessional and can waste a lot of your potential clients time. 

Also, don't have a message machine if you don't intend to use it.
