New management is ok. Still covered in dog crap every day and night, and during the storms they neglected to remove hazardous branches in the parking lot for over a week. Relatively affordable but current prices aren't worth what you're getting here

Trashy, high crime, management changes every 6 months, don't keep verbal agreements, floors creak, no water pressure, shower either cold or scalds your skin, loud neighbors ALL hours, rent too high & raised EVERY year. Horrific place to live!

I lived in rockwood for about 9 or so months. The apartments themselves are nice, but management is a joke.  When my boyfriend and I first looked at the apartments we were shown a unit that we were told that we would get. We signed our agreement and then we followed the person who was showing us our new place.Turns out that we were given a completely different apartment, in which we had to pay more for.Made no sense because we had just signed an agreement stating what we were willing to pay. The management there seems to think low income people are morons or something. I honestly was harassed by management when I parked in a visitors parking space. because there is no parking for anyone! I was told I could park there and then I would get orange slips saying they were gonna tow my car. there is a lot wrong with this place. The straw the broke the back was when a shooting took place and we were in fear of our lives. We happened to see the after math and I feel that there were precautions that could have been put in place. We all as a community have complained of these issues and having a fake camera up that doesn't work. I feel put that spot as target. please if you have children do not rent this place or even consider it at all. This place is a joke and should be shut down for their inefficiency. They mess up on paper work and charge you for things that you shouldn't be charged with. There are hidden fees. So please check your paper work and always have them give you a copy of what you give them so you have proof for yourself.

I lived ther for a year, and all in all it was a good experience. But when i packed up to move, between the first and last load, management entered my apartment and stole some less valuable items. couple hundred dollars worth of salmon and some electronics, so beware. I have the police report showing no signs of forced entry, only people with keys were myself and management. renter beware.
