I had an appointment scheduled to see a Dr. for two weeks. They waited a ONE day before the appointment to inform me my insurance was not accepted. The stay was really nice, however when they called back to make sure I got the message, as I answered the representative was laughing talking to someone as I said hello many times.

Great doctors; great staff. Billing is a little flaky but they do make an effort to address your concerns.

I waited well over an hour to be seen. My appointment was at 3:15 I did not see the doctor until 4:50. Even more concerning, while I was waiting the staff were discussing other patients, loudly enough that I could hear everything. They used a patients first and last name, mentioned his age and even discussed his attractiveness. I was alarmed at the lack of confidentiality and professionalism. Save yourself some time and look elsewhere, especially if you value your medical privacy. After waiting for so long, Dr. Selena Liao came in and brushed me off in a fairly condescending manner. She scoffed and questioned why I would even need to see her. I was referred to her by the ER so I figured that following up would be a good idea, but apparently I was wrong. This was far from the "caring attitude" that their website claims the staff will provide. Again, do yourself a favor and seek a different ENT.

This is my first visit. Didn't care for the wait. They called before my appointment and said to be there at 2:20. Got there at 2:15 and waited, and waited, and waited. Cancelled a few other meetings I had and waited. Finally after an hour in the lobby I asked, that's when I decided on 2 stars. Receptionist said my appointment was for 2:50 (This was after 3). WHY THE HELL DID YOU ASK ME TO BE THERE AT 2:20?
