If they can NOT handle giving Standard Approved Medical Care THEN they have no business doing Medical Research on People! Run = RUN! BE CAREFUL! I have begun to feel as though these people sift through patients to find their 'Human Lab Rats' for Studies and nothing more! I saw a Doctor on the 10th August. They accepted me as patient THEN one month later after I have to fax letter in stating that I want Standard Medical Care and I dont want Studies = ONLY then do they call MY Care Coordinator to have her tell me that my Health Issues are too complex to work with and I have to find other Doctors! If they can NOT handle giving Standard Approved Medical Care THEN they have no business doing Medical Research on People! Run = Save Yourself! RUN!

I cannot comprehend the 1-star review complaining of spending 1 year trying to get an appointment. My primary care physician for 25 years, Lance Rudolph, is in this practice. Several of my friends see one or another of the providers here. All of us are very satisfied with the skill and empathy of the care provided. Personally, I have been very lucky to find good primary care wherever I have lived (5 locations). None were any better than this group.

It would be five stars for care, but I'm taking two stars off for communication. Dr. Liewicki was very thorough and attentive and explained everything carefully. He also came up with a treatment plan that fit well with the severity of my symptoms and my lifestyle. Whether or not that treatment plan works is anybody's guess because I was told that we needed to get prior authorization from my insurance and someone from the office would call to schedule me. As of right now we're three days shy of one month out and I've heard nothing. As of today I've left five messages trying to get some kind of status update and haven't gotten a return call. I understand that they're busy and that things happen, but they could at least call to let me know that we're still waiting on the insurance or someone forgot to file my paperwork or SOMETHING.

Have tried multiple times to get in to see the doctor, but after 12 months I am giving up. It really shouldn't be this hard.
