I had three appointments at Dr. Reddy's office and each resulted in a longer wait than the last. Dr. Reddy's exam rooms have a poster interview with him stating that he "hates" making patients wait but sometimes has to because of emergencies. I can understand emergencies and I can understand that a Doctor's time is more valuable than my own. However, there is a point that is too far. On a Monday morning I had an 8 AM appointment, was taken back about 8:10 and then seen by a technician at 8:15 for approximately 10 minutes. I was then left in the room to waith for the doctor. After more than 30 minutes I decided to leave. I was told that the doctor does not arrive until 9 AM. I asked why I was given an 8 AM appointment if that was the case. I was treated to silence, no one would answer what I thought was a reasonable question. I asked again. Nothing. It was already past 9 and apparently the doctor was not yet there. Disrespectful and uninformative. I saw Dr. Reddy for 2 minutes during my second appointment (not at all during my first). I had to wait nearly 45 minutes that appointment, from the start time, before he came in. it is simply not reasonable to make people wait that long in an exam room. I am no longer a patient and will be filing a complaint with my insurance company.
