Want to be taken advantage of? Go to Headline Nails! I had seen reviews online and it seemed like a great place to go. I am not one to complain normally, but from the moment I walked in I regretted going to this nail salon. I showed him a picture of the length I wanted before we started. I had checked the prices online and found even a coupon for being a student. It was my first time getting acrylics and I was very excited. Immediately after gluing the nails on he informed me that it would be an up-charge for the length. Which after an extensive amount of research online is already a rip off. In addition, that is the kind of information you give at the beginning when I showed the picture of the length I wanted. I was even cut during the process, which doesn't bother me, but I assumed I would be treated at least nicer after that. I had also asked for a matte finish which he informed me would be a 25 dollar up-charge. Yes that is right, 25 dollars for the one coat he applied. He told me he wouldn't give me the 10% discount they advertise online because he was going to give me the discount on the matte top coat (5 dollars instead of 25). This is just ridiculous that they would take advantage of a college student who decided to treat them self to a manicure they haven't gotten to have in 3 years. Besides being rude in general, I was told I had to pay half way in between my nails being done because he didn't believe I had the money. You may be fooled by the pretty and clean looking interior, but I guess they can look that way because they up charge and take advantage of everyone. After talking to my friends I found they had the same experience at this exact salon. I guess they pay people for the reviews, but don't be fooled. I wish I could say it was at least worth the money, but after 2 days of barely using my hands my nail polish has worn down and there are dents all over my nails. If you choose to go here you better have deep pockets. Be prepared to spend 40 dollars on a plain, non gel or dip, set of bad acrylics.

I Received Horrible Service, I Was Born With 6 Fingers & It's My 1st Time Actually Embracing My Fingers By Going To Get Them Done. I Came In For A Fill For The First Time & I Got The Rude Fat Lady Who Didn't Bother Taking Her Time She Didn't Think I Realized She Was Talking About My Fingers As She Was Doing So She Rushed To Take The Polish Off With The Little Machine & Used No Polish Remover, So She Ask About My Line Of Work & Was Shocked That A Woman Such As Myself With A Disability Could Hold Not 1 But 2 Jobs. She Didn't Bother Removing The Old Polish Off Completely So I Still Have Some Polish Under A Coat Of Acrylic & Polish On The Side Of The New Polish On My Nails. I Would Rather Be Treated As Someone Whom Has All 10 Of Their Fingers, My Polish Didn't Dry Even After I Checked Them I Leave To Go Home Now My Polish Is Peeling. She Knew She Did A Horrible Job Because She Told Me That I Didn't Have To Pay For My Nails & She Said It Was For Me Because Of The Holiday's I'm No Dummy & I'm So Displeased I Rather Go Somewhere To Be Treated As A Regular 10 Finger Human Being. Only Thing I Can Say Positive Is That Nancy Actually Embraced My Fingers The 1st Time & She Did An Awesome Job & I Only Paid $12 Because She Only Had To Do 6 Fingers. Other Then That The Other Staff Member I Had Today Was Beyond Unprofessional.

People are kind of rude. When you arrive you don't feel welcomed , they all look at you and ask what you want like you are bothering them.
They don't ask the shape you want for your nails. 
Their nail polish was dry so they kept putting acetone in it. I don't know if it's why, but they never dried. She said I could stay few minutes but after few minutes she came and pushed me outside to leave. Nothing was dry I told her but she didn't care. So now I have just all my nails damaged and wasted $35 dollars for ordinary manicure/ pedicure.

Best nail salon i've ever been to. Not only do they do amazing nail work, but the chair massages they offer is truly the extra mile. I have moved from living in the Beechwood area and still make it a point to stop by when I am in the area.
