The customer service from everyone here is excellent. No complaints in that area. My goal was to gradually lighten my hair and I decided to have this done in several visits so as to keep hair damage minimal. After my 3rd visit I decided not to continue going with the stylist I was seeing (not Jennifer btw. By the great comments about her here I wish she would have been my stylist!) The issue was that I noticed the stylist could not deal with my long hair and by the 3rd and last visit there still wasn't much of the desired change I was aiming for and worst of all the stylist was very harsh with my hair pulling it excessively. I'm not tender headed so I noticed the change. I always tipped to the max on all visits knowing my longer hair took more time and product however, it would have been better to be told they were not comfortable with working on longer hair so I would have not wasted my time or theirs.

Don't know about the hair side of Classic City, but I've had great experience with massage.

I really like Jennifer, so much so that I scheduled an appointment for my boyfriend to get his hair cut by her a couple of days after I did. The big downside of the place overall is that it is small and can be a little cramped. But if you cut my hair right, I don't mind!
