Everyone was nice and personable except the lady at the Health Card desk. She was rude and snappy. If you don't like people. Don't get a job that requires you to be face to face with them all day.

IF I NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS LOCATION AGAIN IT WOULD BE A BLESSING. YOU HAVE ONE INFORMATION ON WEBSITE, THEN CONFLICTING INFORMATION ON THE PHONE SYSTEM THEN YOU GET TO LOCATION AND SEE OTHER CONFLICTING INFORMATION POSTED ON DOOR. SAYS CLOSE AT 5, BUT THAT'S BS. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE ANYTHING DONE AND ALREADY HAVE ANOTHER JOB, TAKE THE WHOLE DAY OFF JUST TO GET YOUR FLIPPING HEALTH CARD. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION. HEARTLESS ROBOTS THAT WORK FOR THE DISTRICT. THEY PAID PPL TO GIVE ANYTHING MORE THAN 1 STAR. THE THING THAT DISGUSTS ME ABOUT PLACES LIKE THIS IS NOTHING WILL EVER CHANGE AND THE PUBLIC THAT NEEDS HELP ARE THE ONES TO SUFFER. KARMA IS A BTCH..FOR THE CERTAIN WORKERS THAT ARE HEARTLESS..HOPE THE SAME NEVER HAPPENS TO ANY OF YOUR SON'S OR DAUGHTERS. THIS LOCATION REALLY SCREWED ME TODAY AND I WISH I HAD GONE TO ANOTHER LOCATION.

Horrible customer service. The man giving out applications and asking to see ID was very rude. The identification policy clearly states that if I don't have an ID I may bring in two documents. I had my birth certificate AND my Social but he wouldn't take it. Now I have to go to another location further away. Such a waste of time.
