My insurance called me regarding my husband's insulin not being covered, so they told me "let the Dr know to switch to a different brand that would be covered. " My husband and I called numerous of times letting them know what the insurance said. They insisted they called it in to the Pharmacy. After several trips to the Pharmacy, we told the clinic the correct insulin was never called-in. So we decided to go into the clinic to tell them in person in hopes they could understand that my husband was completely out and now his sugar was high. They took him to the back the nurse poked his finger soo deep he couldn't stop bleeding. They confirmed his sugar was high, so they sent us to the urgent care. So we went there, they were very nice and professional, unlike the staff at Healthcare Partners. They were more than happy to give us the medicine he needed. But we came across the same problem, insurance wouldn't pay because his primary Dr needed to be the one to prescribe it. Still no insulin, now it's becoming life threatening. I took my husband to the hospital because he's been out of insulin and vomiting all night and morning. He's now in ICU being treated for dehydration, high blood pressure, severe headaches, low electrolyte count and high sugar level something that could've been prevented. It's very upsetting, now my husband has gone through so much pain, stress, and ananguish. I now need to miss work. Very upset!

Ive only been in twice now. Looking for a normal GP since my other one left town. Ive had very little wait time. Cornell was pretty helpful and nice as well. Good and quick staff so far. If I have any consistent negative feed back I'll update my review.

I've been going there for years but am changing. The M.A. staff are rude, it takes at least 2 weeks to get an appointment, and they sent me to collections thier error. Double billed me with 2 different amounts owed on the same account number, continued to bill me after I cleared it up, sent me to collections and sent negative reports to my credit report and it was their billing error to begin with. Not what I expected at all. Then the P.A. and my doctor that I loved both left the group...should tell you something huh?

I made an appointment and waited until the next day to be seen after an accident. I did explain why I needed to be seen when I made the appointment. Once the nurse took me back and asked me what I was there for and I told her my symptoms and that I was in a car accident, she told me that I can't see a doctor in their office and took me back up front. They would not give me an examination to see if I need to be referred or give me any medication to help with my pain and inability to sleep because of the pain. I was simply told that the staff is new and didn't know their policy. They had no concern that I was loosing a day of work and another night of sleep in addition to my pain.

Don't waiste your time calling, if your sick and need to be seen, you You can NEVER get in to see anyone for at least 2 weeks. three times I called and was told to go to their quick care. I will be finding a new doctor.
