WORST PLACE ON EARTH. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET INSURANCE WITH THEM. They cancelled my plan saying I didn’t pay January and I paid it in December, taking Forever to find notes and people are writing down actual notes on computer like they said. They are reviewing my account to re activate it do to there wrong but it’s taking forever I call every single day for the last week getting the same Answer from everyone. This company needs to go out of business and be shut down. They aren’t nice I’ve been hung up on serveal times, they never call you back. don’t help you with anything you ask for help for.

Terrible insurance company. Their phone serve people are rude, condescending and unhelful. If you ask any insurance related questions, they will not give you straight answer. Doctors are mediocre at best, you will have wait at least 2 to 3 months to see specialists. I wouldn't recommend this crappy insurance if you are in bad health and have to see doctors frequently. I wish my employer would drop these clowns and go with medishare. I hate hpn!

PLEASE avoid this so called "healthcare plan". My health deteriorated significantly while enrolled in this farce because they denied EVERY referral my primary made for me. Or, they required additional testing to prove her diagnosis. And the copays for additional tests were too expensive. I am now with Silver Summit and I am quite pleased with my plan. The state needs to shut down HPN.

WHAT A JOKE!! 2 DAYS NOW TRYING TO GET MY PRESCRIPTION FILLED GETTING THE RUN AROUND, EVERYONE IS BLAMING EVERYONE ELSE...TODAY 1/18/2018 AT 3:30 PM I WAS TOLD THAT IT SHOULD BE READY THE LADY WAS EVEN ON A 3 WAY CALL TO MY DOCS OFFICE SHE EVEN DOUBLE CHECKED WITH THEIR PRESCRIPTION (HPN) OFFICE AND WAS TOLD WAS JUST WAITING NOW ON THEIR PHARMACIST(HPN) I SAID ARE YOU SURE MY DOCS OFFICE DID THEIR PART??? YES , SHE SAID CALL BACK BEFORE WE CLOSE AT 5 SO I CALL AT 4:30 AND GUESS WHAT, OH NOW IT'S BACK ON MY DOCS OFFICE, REALLY HOW DO THESE PEOPLE GET JOBS? AT 4;45 I SPOKE WITH A TONY WHO REALLY DIDN'T SEEM LIKE HE WANTED TO DO HIS JOB! AND ASKED WHO HE SPOKE WITH IN THE PHARMACY DEPT(HPN) HE SAID THE 1ST PERSON WAS REBECCA WHO SAID SHE COULDN'T FIND A THING MY CONCERN I WAS EVEN ON THE PHONE WHEN WE DID A 3WAY SO i KNOW IT WAS GIVEN(SOME TRACKING NUMBER) THEY MIGHT OF USED A DIFFERENT WORD BUT STILL THE SAME, SO I GUESS REBECCA TRANSFERRED HER TO CINDY WHO WAS TELLING TONY "OH THEY ARE WAITING FOR MY DOCTORS OFFICE" WHAT A JOKE NO ONE CAN DO THEIR JOB OR DO THEY EVEN CARE, I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE PHARMACY DEPT AND WAS TOLD OH IT'S 5PM SO THEY DON'T TAKE PHONE CALLS WELL IF I HADN'T BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH TONY FOR ALMOST A HALF HOUR MAYBE SOMEONE COULD HAVE ACTUALLY DONE IT CORRECTLY! WHEN YOU ARE OUT OF MEDICINE THIS ISN'T FUNNY!!! YOU CAN'T JUST STOP TAKING IT BECAUSE EVERYONE ELSE WANTS TO BLAME SOMEONE ELSE AND NOT GET TO THE BOTTOM OF IT, THANX FOR BEING SO HORRIBLE ABOUT GETTING MY PRESCRIPTION FILLED YOU REALLY DO SUCK!!! AND IT JUST GOES TO SHOW YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS

There is no way to accurately communicate the sheer ineptitude and greed of HPN. They have clearly shown that bottom line profit is more important than the well being of the human beings who pay them. There should be regulations against such activity. You are punishing my family because my wife has MS, a situation you're supposed to HELP with. Any of the powers that be at this company should be ashamed. Middle finger salute!
