Dr. Budde is great. He addressed our concerns and has good bedside manners. The staff however, moves at a snail pace. No sense of urgency at all! It takes us 30 minutes to check in and another 30 minutes to check out. I was told by the staff that I had to wait 10 business days for a referral to a rheumatologist. That they will MAIL me a referral. Never heard of it. Be prepared to wait.

Been seeing Dr. Budde almost four years and would not trade him for the world he has the best bedside manner and great personality he is a very caring young man and he listens, the staff are also wonderful people and do a great job at assisting keep up the great work guys and thanks

worse drs office ever. i dont understand why make an appt if there going to call you in when ever they want my newborn son dr appt was at 115 i got there at 1259 and waited all the way till 220. till i decided to leave and change to a different dr. might as well just walk in and let them call you when ever they want. they always make me wait more than an hr after my drs appt and they make you wait a long time i the back to. never again will i go back there. getting all my kids records and changing drs

Nothing, you people are full of it, I made an appointment over a month ago for my father to get her 3 months shot, so I just called to confirmed my appointment the lady said oh we cancel your appointment because your provider Dr Sheppard is not coming in, so I ask her why couldn't someone called and tell me, oh mam I apologize, so I ask her ok so when can I come in she said Dr Sheppard doesn't have any openings until next month! !!!!! What, so I ask can she see another provider, this lady is going to tell me she can't be seen till July ,, !!!!! Worst place ever, no respect for others and children's needs

Bad bad ,they say small fee and they charge me 90 dollars for a household of 5 people making 12 h , 90 dollars for birth control that they said they can't give it to me in to 3 days and I have to pay them 90 dollars again so 180 depo shot next. Time I'll stay with my regular doctor that charge me 30 for. Visit and 60 for shot wit no insurance
