Wishing zero stars was an option. My daughter and I️ went in at 6am both super sick. And they wouldn’t see me or her because the insurance card that we had “didn’t have enough information” on it. Everywhere else I️ have ever went, that insurance card has never been denied and been used multiple times. Wasn’t expired or anything they just couldn’t see us because of an ID number that couldn’t be located. So then we come back a couple hours later. Everything seemed fine. (My daughter is 11 months and i went here so we could both be seen without having to drive to 2 different urgent cares). So I️ was seen and the doctor and staff was nice. Usually my body responds really well to medicine and i feel better 12 hours after antibiotics (they said I️ have bronchitis). Turns out I️ wasn’t even given the correct medications. I️ called them and the woman who picked up the phone couldn’t help me. Said a nurse would have to call me back or I️ could call the pharmacy to ask but the pharmacy gave me exactly what they wrote. So now I️ am here with my cough and nose and headache worse than yesterday taking some random mediciation waiting for someone to call. That’s seriously crazy. I️ would never recommend them or go here ever again. Also, having worked in customer service for years, you guys might want to try and hire people at the front desk that actually seem like they care a little. Horrible service. Would never recommend or return and considering filing a lawsuit against them for this.

Walked in with flu symptoms. After filling out all the paperwork I was in an exam room and seen by a PA in 15 min. All my lab work analysis was done quickly on site. Outstanding, courteous professional service by all who served me. Thank you.

I had a little puffiness on the outer lid of my eye. When I went in, Dr.Walker told me it was an eye lid infection and prescribed me the “proper” medicine. The medicine did nothing but make my eyes worse and the only way to get help about this is paying them another 40$ To get reevaluated .... You’re better off going to your actual doctors ! Save you’re money !

I've used this office since 2003 for myself and my family. Always great service and never a long wait. I love this place for all of my family's medical needs.

I was just at this healthcare partners and was there from 5 to 7 and had no service. I feel that they are understaffed and there was people that was there after me getting seen that didn’t have an appointment. Defiantly not coming to this one ever again.
