The one star is only due to the fact that the MD's are actually good at what they do. But every single time I come for a scheduled appointment, on time I wait at the very least 2hrs. The front and back office staff are HORRIBLE at their jobs. Knowing they're behind from the moment you check in they're still not courteous enough to inform you they're behind. They tell you they'll call you back and they don't. Customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced at any MD office. Mind you I worked in the medical field for 8yrs and without being modest the staff here is the absolute worst. Go to another office and save yourself hours. Trust me!
