My husband and I were here today. Didn’t wait long at all Dr Laura Klienman was very good. Took time with us and explained the meds she was giving us. Very good experience. I am a retired nurse and she was very professional.

Dr Wingard has been my primary for years. I called for an appointment on 1/17/18 and received a terse reply. Dr Wingard can no longer see you. I asked why and was told he was no longer accepting Medicare Patients. Seventeen days in the year and I was never notified, and am waiting for the results of an MRI. I have no problem with Dr Wingard but I do with Healthcare Partners.

Went to the urgent care side first and enjoyed my experience with Dr. Shin so much I made them my primary. Dr. Lee is great as well, they seem to actually care about you when you meet with them. Only complaint is it takes a while to get an appointment with my primary (Dr.Lee) doctor for referrals and such.

My husband requested a referral for a sleep study. Referrals can be tricky and always take forever but add to it that the staff for no reason sent the referral to a sleep center NOT in his network? He had to wait for approval AND wait for mailed letter only to find out copays are over $400. Referral department had no apology or explanation to offer only resistance when I call to inquire why they didn't use the sleep center IN his network. Finally they cooperated enough to give me just the name of the sleep center that is covered, but my husband will have to request it by name. Starting the whole process again is annoying so I'll just take him to my doctor. Ridiculous.

Today Tuesday tried calling regarding a referral that was suppose to take place 2 weeks ago each time I called I was on hold over one hour! Finally 3rd time after one hr & 30 min I was transferred once again after 20 more min I hung up! Understaffed to say the least perhaps if they followed up on the referral my time wouldn’t be wasted.
