Terrible customer service, cannot seem to get anything straight or correct. Need a referral for everything but they tell you it is not an HMO. Rumor has it that there are a lot of people and doctors having problems ever since WellHealth took over.

Terrible customer service. asked to speak to a supervisor and I was put on hold for ten minutes then told that the person is unavailable. I could then copy his email to write him. This was after I explained my situation and that I am in a medical situation. The customer service rep was unable to assist me with finding out information and countinued to transfer me to a department that then told me to contact her department. If you are thinking about using them do not. I've had nothing but issues with them anytime trying to work with them.

This office has the WORST customer service of all time! The several times I have been here, I have had to wait for almost an hour! Apparently they book two people for the same slot. I once had the earliest appointment at 8:30 and even arrived early to be seen, however I still had to wait until the girl before me arrived. Ladies, I would save your money, save your time and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
