Staff is amazing no complaints there but the company itself is terrible. Been here twice now and both times I get a call afterwards that my insurance was not accepted and that I needed to come back to fill out more paperwork. Upon doing so both times now they have extorted me for cash and both times were only routine check ups in and out the door. Strongly dislike this place and will be going to Premiere Pediatrics next time

Been waiting for MRI for back and neck injury for three weeks. Dr says he don't have time to call insurance company and give them needed information for approval. I live alone and can't hardly get around from this injury. Very poor rating for after visit follow up to make sure patient gets taken care of. Too busy seeing other patients to complete job.

The staff is amazing and beyond caring of the child needs. Our kids doctor Libby is amazing and so sweet. She and the other doctors plus staffing are incredible. We drive all the way from ocala to go there cause its the only office we trust with the health of our three kids. 😊

I normally don't like doctors but this was a very enjoyable experience. Dr Gilbert was very impressive in that he came down on my level and listened to my needs and made me part of my health decision making. The staff was super nice and I can tell they love their job.
