Great experience with these guys from start to finish! John Brown helped put me in an incredible truck and Trey in finance was very informative and helpful as well. Made the 40 min trip to the dealership and the experience made it worth it! Highly recommend!

I had picked the car I wanted, then started looking for the best deal. I found a new 2017 Malibu with a great deal. I continued to look at other dealers to try and beat this $$. I could not beat the deal so then it was time to do business I went in preapproved through my own financing they offered to try and find a better deal for me. They did! I was treated with respect and kindness throughout the entire process. I would recommend them.

Leased a 2016 Suburban. I did like that we were able to walk around a little without being stalked by sales reps. But, we had to ask to find one, and the sales rep was at first put off to show us a few vehicles. Wasn't until he ran my credit did his attitude change. UPDATE: we are being charged for the property tax. We asked about that at the dealership, and they said it was included in the lease. Why do I pay a property tax for a vehicle I don't own?

This place doesn't even deserve one star. Crooked Heartless Chevy is the best name for this dealership. This place lied to me and stole $7700 from me back in Oct 2016 Don't give this dealership any deposit money. They told me I had a car loan, I gave them $7700 and 4 weeks later they took the car back and never gave me my money back. Stole all my belonging in the car, laptop, cellphone, business suite and all my keys and scammed me out of $7700 over one year ago and still never returned my money. They will threaten you, try to bully you to see if you will just go away. Cody Angel, Grant White and all the people at Heartless Chevy are crooked thieves that don't understand anything about being true good people and good old customer service. They like to threaten me about writing reviews, so again to the owner read the American Constitution and Freedom of Speech, If you didn't learn it in school. It's a great read! Don't trust anyone at this dealership and there slimy sales tactics
