Great overall. Spencer the sales guy worked with me on finding a truck that fit my bu what I was looking for. The accessories guy was a little let down. He should have looked to see if I already had a rhino liner instead of trying to sell me one. It doesn't look like it has the under spray, I did buy it. I think the accessories person should look instead of just selling it to make sure. Given they only had the truck a few days I understand why it was over looked. It's just a walk or phone call to look tho. The warranty person should have offer me the lower price to begin with. He didn't offer it until I held out so I didn't buy any ways. I felt like that should have been an up front price. The management team the over sees the trade in vales really did a great job on getting me what I wanted in on the price and I know Spencer key had a hand in that as well. Pleasantly pleased with them and Spencer. Only way that I was let down was the picture sent to me was with the truck with running boards but the previous owner wanted them so they took them off. Kinda wish they would have thrown them in or thrown them in at cost to compensate for the picture that was presented. But all in all great place and great place to buy a truck. Great sales team with a no pressure approach. Even after I walked away from the first time. very genuine at heart. Well Spencer is any ways. . Thanks for everything, Your friend, Patrick

We had the best service at Landmark! Everyone there is very nice. We were shopping at their used car lot. We ended up getting the best deal ever and walked out of there with not one used car, but two. Even though they are used, they look brand new! Our salesman, Spencer, was the best! Don't know what kind of deals they give for brand new, but we highly recommend them for buying nice used cars with lower milage!

The staff here is great. They gave me a great price on my crossover. The sales people are not pushy. Even gave me a loaner car when it was discovered my new crossover needed a little work. Will def be back when I'm ready for another car. Gotta see Bob. He's awesome.

Dealership sales representative gave me strait answers which was appreciated. Real easy transaction without the pressure. Also, the sales team really wanted me to purchase what I wanted and not what they wanted. I would recommend Landmark Dodge to anyone who wants to work with a great staff, and that same staff will ask you what exactly you want and tell you what the truth is.

I sent an email to this auto dealer asking some simple questions, being very specific for an email only response. Got a response with when do I want to come in to discuss. Sent another email very clearly asking for an answer, which I thought would be a terrific way to begin this conversation. My next response was from Brian Pringle General Sales Manager. Being in sales it appears to me that its important to listen to what the customer is asking. So far neither of these folks wish to do so. How do they keep their sales job is beyond me.
