Great service and very helpful employees. They don’t get paid on commission so they aren’t pushy and they all help each other with potential buyers. I had started my whole stressful car buying experience with one gentleman and ended with another one. I was so stressed and worn out by the time I got to them and they made this whole dreadful experience so great, relaxed and comfortable. I didn’t feel pressured at all and they were so caring even after I bought a vehicle from them. They genuinely had appreciation for my situation and turned a bad thing into one of the best reality’s to date. I bought my vehicle Almost 4 months ago and I’m still completely impressed and satisfied with my car. I absolutely love it and feel very grateful that I went to Enterprise Car Sales. Very great place to go with amazing staff!

What a wonderful, easy, stress-free way to purchase a quality used vehicle!  I have purchased two vehicles from Enterprise and each experience has been great!  The staff is friendly, helpful (but not pushy) - they wanted to make sure I got what I wanted for what I could afford.  And I did!  I would recommend Enterprise Auto Sales in Independence to anyone without hesitation!

I would absolutely recommend buying a car at Enterprise. We bought our first car from then in December 2016. We we're so happy with our car and our service that we bought another car with them in July 2017. I never felt pressured or unhappy with any part of the transaction. Definitely not like the icky feeling buying from other dealerships. The cars we have purchased are well maintained, clean and solid. No hesitation to refer them to others.

Needed to get my car fixed. The rental was covered under insurance. I didn't have to do anything but have the insurance company call them after I already had the car for several days. They handled the rest. They let me drop off the car about two weeks later without giving them notice, at a different enterprise location close to the auto-repair shop. Within about 20 minutes I was given a ride to the auto shop to get my car back. About as easy a process as it gets. Just Make sure too call about a day in advance for the initial reservation. If your insurance company doesn't cover your rental, call enterprise customer service and give them your policy information. You'll likely get a big discount (the same discount that my dealership made a big deal about without telling me that going through the dealership was not necessary at all).
