Do not go here worst experience of my life. The Dentist is the most dishonorable and untrustworthy Dentist I have ever been to. STAY AWAY convince is not worth the trouble this Dentist will cause your mouth!

Would never use this dentist. My son had an emergency and I called for an appointment. Since it was his first time there the receptionist would not even talk to me she kept saying go to the web page fill out the forms and once it is entered into the system someone will call you. I was trying to tell her that he was an adult child with disibility and to please call me. I was told the number on the form is the number she would call. I waited by the phone all day no one called me. When I got home from work my son said someone kept calling him about his teeth. I left a message that night requesting again that someone please call me and left all my numbers. Next day no one called me. I called them and was told I had missed my appointment. When asked why no one called me I was told that she had spoke with my adult son. Its practice to call if they are over 18 instead of the parent. I explain to her the issue and told her it said to call me on all the paperwork. She then said she called all my numbers and no one picked up. She could not give me another emergency appointment since I missed the first one and I would have to wait over a week to get another one. Worst part was I was billed 75 bucks for the missed appointment. When I called to explain the situation and how I felt that I should not have to pay, guess who I dealth with, the same lady that messed everything up. She kept reminding me that she was the one I spoke to and was not budging. I requested to speak to the dentist and was told he would call me. Im sure he never recieved that message because I never heard from him. I continue to get letters threating to send me to collections stating I signed the forms when I became a patient. I never signed anything. I never made it into the office. Also I was not the patient. I looked all over the paperwork and the website it does not state anywhere there was a fee. The person who referred me there said that it was a male receptionist when she went and he was wonderful. She was shocked to hear this since apperently the dentist is great. I dont know about that if this is the first expression.

I went to Dr. Sweeney's office for a little over two years while I lived in DE and had a great experience on each visit. The staff is friendly, the hygienists do great work, and the couple of procedures I had done were quick and painless. A great experience all-around.

Avoid this Dental office. I was sent a bill for services rendered long ago, because the office manager said, "they did not bill correctly." If you decide not to get high cost procedures recommended by the Doctor, he seems to get upset. Also, extremely unpleasant office manager, who shows no understanding or sympathy in treatment scheduling or billing matters.

Dr. Sweeney and his staff know how to practice good client service. They have a warm and friendly waiting area and the service is prompt, with Dr. Sweeney being really thorough. Plus I like the fact that he practices dental management by putting you on a healthy smile maintenance routine.
