Very rude and unprofessional.  The owner should take some classes on customer service/relations and ENGLISH.  If he had treated me with even the slightest bit of kindness or respect I would have been willing to offer these consultations free of charge to at least get them started in the right direction.  All of these cab companies in Rochester with 1 star will be a thing of the past when UBER finally comes to Rochester this summer.  Rochester is a big, great city.  Why don't we have Uber already?

I am not one to write reviews often but honestly this taxi service is terrible! Always late and they are constantly lying about their distance from where they are picking you up. It sucks because we can't get an uber or a lyft out here because of taxi drivers petitioning that it is taking their customers but they don't do anything to keep their customers satisfied!!!! But it's not all taxi companies, this one is just pretty bad.
