WARNING don’t use this service they are the slowest service I’ve ever received and they don’t answer the phone at all.The good reviews must be them themselves, I will NOT be using them again.

I called at 10:05 they told it would take 15 minutes. They didn’t get to my apartment until 10:50. They said they misheard the street number. I asked them why didn’t you call me. They said they did. I replied yes you did, but you called me at 10:46, when I called at 10:05 I called again at 10:30 to see what was going on and you still weren’t here.
Overall incompetent drivers.

I love this service, I have used them numerous times and I've built a relationship with the main driver! What great people.

If I could give no stars I would!!!! I called this company at 4:30pm for a pickup at 9:30pm and they never showed up. Had me waiting out side for ten minutes in the cold until I gave up not to mention I called them at least 20 times to see what is going on and I only got voice mail. I had to call another company to get home. If you need a good taxi do y call this place you will be waiting your whole life for a cab
