Recently used Rochester Taxi for trip to and from Amtrak. Excellent service! Taxi was very clean and comfortable. Very friendly and courteous! Luggage was taken care of and cab and driver were waiting at the station when I returned. We were able to use cell phone communication while the train was approaching Rochester. Will use again and highly recommend!

These guys are the best! They arrive right on time. In person as well as on the phone they are professional and friendly. The vehicle smelled brand new and was pretty clean considering the winter slop. I have recommended them to others and look forward to using there service again in the future.

I have been riding with star transportation for about one year they have be wonderful pleasant people very flexible  professional and potential  I truly enjoy riding with star transportation and feel safe.

Awful. I scheduled my cab 20 hours ahead of time. They were 15 minutes late at 6:15 AM. Not even a busy time. They became offended that I got an Uber who arrived before them. This is why Uber is running taxi out of business. Stay away from these people!!!

Great customer service! They picked us up on time (a little early actually) for our ride to the airport. And then when we needed to get back home, I called and they were at the airport in less than 15minutes. Kind, friendly, and helpful staff. Clean vehicle. Will use again!
