Such a amazing park.  We've been here with the kids several times to see the bighorn sheep.  Every time we are here no matter what time of day you'll be able to see the sheep.  I highly recommend this park not only for the wildlife to be seen but you also have a great view of Boulder City and and the Lake Mead from here.  Is well worth the drive.

Great place. Good place to see Nevada wildlife especially bighorn sheep. Have to go at around 6:30 pm for the bighorns. Please do not chase the wildlife, it is not nice and it's illegal

I like bringing out of town friends and family to this park since the bighorn sheep are usually hanging out here.  Yesterday, I witnessed a family whose parents encouraged their young boy to get way too close to the sheep.  While the bighorns are used to people hanging around the park, please know they are still WILD animals capable of causing injury so please be smart and respect nature if you stop by.

Absolutely wonderful! We loved seeing the Desert Bighorn Sheep - a fabulous experience. Hemenway Park is absolutely beautiful! Loved our visit!

Beautiful park. Serene, great views of nearby Lake Mead. Bighorn sheep come here often to graze.
