Staff was impeccable. Personable and caring. Wait time can use improvement. Lady at front desk wasn't very pleasant as she made personal calls and failed to look at any patient while speaking to them or them speaking to her.. Other then that great visit &will recommend!

I just got home from having my appendix taken out. Everyone from the moment I checked in at the er from the time I got discharged had a smile on their face. They all gave me good vibes, fast recovery wishes, and went above and beyond for me. The  surgery team did great and even helped calmed my nerves when I was on the table. Members from the team even checked on me afterwards to see how I was doing. Everything felt personal. Members even knew why I was there and didn’t ask me 100 times to explain what was going on. I highly recommend this hospital. Note to add: the cafeteria has some good food!

I just got back with my two kids from this hospital and am amazed at the easement care we received from the friendly and more than hospitable staff. There was no wait surprisingly being a holiday weekend, registration was simple, easy, fast. I could observe how well the other incoming patients were being tended to as well. We were seen by Dr.LeDuc, I must say I was so relieved to feel such a humane, personable, genuinely caring doctor as she and her team of medical staff. Sarah the RN was great and so sweet, and the nurse techs Tony and Al very helpful. I'll always remember how helpful you all were to us and couldn't believe it, I was laughing thinking how the last thing I wanted to do was have to go to an emergency room that was cluttered and diet and wait all night which to my surprise none of that happened!!!!! Thank you¡!!!!!!!

Came in to ER by ambulance. Disappointed with a nurse that flushed my I.V. leaving blood on the bedrail and on my sheet. VERY  RUDE and non caring for the doctor to yawn continuously while I am giving him info on my symptoms. I did meet 2 nice staff and that was Brian the Ct tech. He could see that I was cold but no blankets were available so he gave me a sheet. And Ruby the xray tech. She was friendly. I hope I never have to go to this Hospital again

Henderson Hospital is great. The staff is super friendly and caring. I went in at 7:30pm for abdomen pain, and at midnight I was already in surgery to have my appendix removed. I was very impressed with the treatment I received and I was very impressed with their confidence. The entire hospital is super clean. My room was very comfortable. My recovery has been insanely fast. I had my surgery just 33 hours ago, and my pain level is super low right now, and that's without taking pain meds at all. I only have one suggestion for Henderson Hospital, I would have liked it if someone would have called me a few hours or so after my discharge to check up on me, but I won't lower my rating for that. Maybe they will call today.  I hope I never have to go to the ER again, but if I do I will try to get to Henderson Hospital for sure. Thank you for taking care of me.
